ANZ Dental Pty Ltd (“ANZ Dental”) warrants to the original purchaser that for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase it will repair or replace any products or parts/components on its products which are defective under normal use.

ANZ Dental’s only obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement of defective parts. ANZ Dental shall not be liable for and hereby disclaims any direct, special indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages or delays including but not limited to: damages for loss of profits or income, loss of use, downtime, employee or contractor wages, payments and benefits.

Any replacement parts supplied by ANZ Dental will not prolong the term of the original Warranty.

Any Extended Warranty purchased by the customer is on the same terms as this original 1 year Warranty. Any Extended Warranty starts from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • This Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect or damage. If an investigation by ANZ Dental determines that the defective product or part was caused by the action of the customer or contractor engaged by the customer, then ANZ Dental reserves the right to charge for the service call and any replacement parts.
  • This Warranty does not cover any damage caused by the use of replacement parts which were not distributed by ANZ Dental. Usage of replacement parts not distributed by ANZ Dental will void this warranty.
  • The Warranty excludes normal, expected service items such as but not limited to: light globes, filters, o-rings, handpiece lines, suction hoses, HVE valves, SE valves and syringes. These items can be supplied and/or fitted by ANZ Dental but the items will be charged for. If the customer is located outside the metropolitan area of Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, then there will be a charge for travel in addition to the charge for parts.
  • This Warranty applies only to defective products or parts. No refunds will be given for change of mind.

Warranty claim procedure:

If a product purchased from ANZ Dental is thought to be defective, the customer should contact ANZ Dental.

Replacement parts not distributed by ANZ Dental will void the Warranty.
